Hello every body , how are you today? Today is Anzac day and I decided to write a recipe for today.
Ingredients :
1 cup rolled oats
3/4cup desiccated coconut
1/4 up flaked coconut
1 cup plain flour. sifted
1cup withe sugar
180g butter
3 tbsp golden syrup
1 1/2 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp boiling water
Method :
Preheat oven to 15C .
In a large bowl combine oats, coconut , flour and sugar .
Heat butter and golden syrup over low heat until melted .
Mix baking soda with water and add to butter mixture.
Combine wet with dry ingredients.
Use a tablespoon to portion biscuits onto a baking tray lined with baking paper , with enough room in between each biscuits for spreading .
Bake biscuits for 20 minutes or until golden brown .
Cool biscuits on a wire rack and serve either warm or cool .
